Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds for services booked through Repair India.


1. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel or reschedule a service request before the technician is assigned or dispatched. Once a technician is assigned or has started the service, cancellation charges may apply.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in cases where:

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days through the original payment method.

3. Service Charges

Inspection or visiting charges may apply even if no repair is completed. These charges are non-refundable.

4. Parts & Warranty

Any spare parts used during repair may carry a limited warranty provided by the technician or supplier. Refunds are not applicable once parts are installed.
